gh33 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gh33 ("gh33", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the gh33 website, services, games, and any related content available at gh33.pro.

By accessing gh33.pro, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety, and that you consent to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the gh33 platform.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain a gh33 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times you use the platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or direct family member of an employee of gh33 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must ensure that online gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify the applicable laws before registering.

3. Account Registration and Security

When registering a gh33 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Account rules

• Each player may hold only one (1) account. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited without notice.
• You must provide a valid, currently active mobile phone number registered in your own name. This number will be used for account verification, OTP authentication, and communications.
• You must keep your account information up to date. gh33 is not liable for failed transactions or missed communications resulting from outdated account details.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party. gh33 will never ask for your password via phone, SMS, email, or any chat channel.

Account suspension and closure

gh33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances, without prior notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, use of stolen payment methods, or any form of dishonest conduct.
• A request from a relevant authority requiring gh33 to terminate the account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

gh33 supports the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, subject to verification requirements at higher amounts.
• gh33 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, the payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply its own transaction fees. gh33 has no control over and bears no responsibility for third-party fees.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account or mobile wallet held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• gh33 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals related to any deposit.

Withdrawal conditions

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (same-channel policy). gh33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times are typically within a few hours of the withdrawal request being approved, though gh33 does not guarantee a specific processing time.
• gh33 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before approving withdrawal requests. Players may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued ID.
• Any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be fully cleared before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

gh33 may offer various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in the form of bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and any other specific conditions are stated in the individual promotion terms accompanying each offer.
• gh33 reserves the right to withhold, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed through abuse, exploitation of a technical error, or in breach of these Terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses via different accounts is considered fraud and will result in account closure.
• gh33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional programme at any time, with notice published on the platform where reasonably practicable.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the gh33 platform are governed by their individual game rules, which form part of these Terms by reference. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real money.

• All non-live game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG system is tested and certified to ensure true randomness and cannot be influenced by the platform or any external party.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by the actions of professional dealers operating from certified studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other third-party providers. gh33 has no influence over live game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during an active game round, gh33 will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, the affected round may be voided and the wager returned.
• gh33 reserves the right to void bets placed after the outcome of an event is known, or where a clear pricing error is identified. Any winnings derived from such bets may be reclaimed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gh33 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform while under the age of 21, or assisting any person under 21 to access the platform.
• Opening or using more than one account, or using another person's account credentials with or without their knowledge.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the platform in any way that could facilitate money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or payment processing errors to obtain funds or game credits to which you are not entitled.
• Engaging in match-fixing, colluding with other players, or any other form of cheating that undermines the integrity of betting markets or game outcomes.

8. Responsible Gaming

gh33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides the following tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases may be subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Players may enable notifications that alert them when they have been playing for a defined period of time, helping to prevent excessive session lengths.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for self-exclusion directly from their account settings. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion.

9. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the gh33 platform without the prior written consent of gh33.

The gh33 brand name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary to gh33. Unauthorised use of any gh33 trademark, service mark, or trade name is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement under applicable laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gh33's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall be limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim. gh33 is not liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the gh33 platform, even if gh33 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the gh33 service caused by circumstances beyond gh33's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment processor failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss suffered as a direct result of the player's own decision to wager real money on the platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and players accept this risk fully upon registration.

11. Amendments to These Terms

gh33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, gh33 will publish the updated Terms on gh33.pro and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via their registered mobile number or email address.

Your continued use of the gh33 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
